The Chiefs have never won at Invesco Field at Mile High in Denver. Area Democrats hope the venue proves luckier for Barack Obama, who accepts his party's nomination for president there tonight. Catch Obama's speech and other festivities from the final night of the Democratic National Convention at a DNC viewing party tonight at the Screenland Theater in the Crossroads (1656 Washington, 816-421-2900). The Greater Kansas City Women's Political Caucus sponsors the free event and will share information about the candidates its members have endorsed. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served; heavier stuff is available from the Screenland's full-service bar.
